Currently I use an earlex 4500 and wondered if a 50l tank compressor would be ok? Have the opportunity of getting an airmaster for £100.

It would also allow me to use air tools which would be a great help.

I don't do a massive amount of spraying but when I do it is usually a massive wardrobe or 2.

I spray Morrels and Fiddes paints if it makes a difference

From our experience a 50L compressor is okay when you're doing small 'one off' jobs. Wardrobes are a different matter and we feel that you'd just encounter endless frustration at it's lack of capacity. 100L would be much better.

Sorry not to give you better news.
Best Regards,
Ian

Nah that's fair enough. Thank you for the advice.

Trying find a reason to buy it but not sure if it'll be big enough. How long does it take for 1 of those to fill up I wonder

Using a spray gun on that size receiver wouldn't be advisable as the compressor would be running continuously. As has been stated above 100 L would be far better.
