I've got an HC260 planer, thicknesser which I use most days. Also a BAS315. Both great machines and bought very reasonably.
Recently started looking for a backup for the HC260 and WOW have those prices risen !!! Some at about £700.
Looks like someone's refurbing them (hope so at that price).
Is this common with other old machines or just someone taking advantage - that is if you'd pay those prices for maybe 30 year old machines.
Bid on several recently and outbid on all of them.
Just interested if others have seen similar price hikes.
