16ga nails. Equivalent size in other brands? ie Rapid

i need 16ga nails but am having trouble getting them in locally.

found lots of rapid brand nails around, mostly no.8s and i'm wandering if this is just their way of obliging people to buy their branded nails by using their own labeling.

how else might 16 guages be described, (apart from simply converting to mm of course)? anyone know the rapid equivalent?

describes 16ga as 16A, if thats any help.

yep thanks nev, i found that, and i decided they would therefore call 16ga at least 16 something.
in the end i finally found some nails near me anyways
