I burn it in my woodburner, I cut it into strips about 2-3" wide and 6" long, so that it burns quickly. But with mouldings that wont be an issue. Make sure the fire is already burning nice and hot with a good roar on it, and just use part other wood scraps part mdf, always with the door shut.

The one which may be available is the older mechanical speed control. I think it comes with a chuck.

Whilst I fully appreciate the workmanship and time that goes into it, I agree it detracts from the natural beauty of the wood, may as well be bit of lego its made from.

I have built a wall rack for mine. 4 lengths of 2x1 running vertically fixed to the wall with holes drilled at about 3" apart at a slight incline of about 5 degrees with 2.5" dowels glued into the holes. The tools rest across the dowels, the incline stops the tools rolling off.
