How much are people paying to have their blades sharpened, just took mine to Axminster (sittingbourne) who charge £1 per inch, I had 3, 10 inch blades so at £30 it is only £8 cheaper than a brand new set. Is there any other local place to take them?

Thinking of getting one of these http://www.axminster.co.uk/product-Axmi ... -22400.htm when I go to Axminster to buy the pocket hole jig, anybody use one, are they worth the money, my blades are a little dull after planeing up some oak.

I have been thinking about getting one of these jigs for a while now, got an email fom Axminster today and their Kreg K2000 pack is on offer for £49.99 (normally £83.00), is this a bargin or is there a better jig/kit about. I have never used one before any advice would be great. Thanks Paul.
