    Work trousers

Dewalt trousers are quite good, I've tried snickers trousers but found them quite tight around the thighs. At the moment my favourites are scruffs pro trousers, nice and roomy for kneeling and climbing around and really hard wearing.

    Tongue & Groove - Suffered I have

Just scanned through this, but looking at your set up it looks like you don't have a feather board or any way of applying pressure to the timber on the outfeed side of the router table. This will allow the timber to lift up once it's passed the infeed feather board and result in the cut running off.

Decent SatNav app for Android phone?

Try Navfree, it works with the phone offline, although you do have to download the maps to your phone (best done while using wifi  ) Use it all the time round London and so far has been spot on :D

Soss hinges could be an option but they're a bit of a puppy to set out accurately. 40mm seems a bit small, typo or some kind of access panel??? :-k

Fixing question (now a sort of WIP)

Add blocks to the ply to give more surface area for glueing and I'd personally use polyeurathane glue for the bonding. Ratchet cramps/straps will also be your friend for this one

    Workshop Layout

I'm suprised you say that, I'm not arguing that you're right or wrong but I would have thought a table saw was much more useful. In the 10-11 years I spent in workshops a RAS was only really used for rough stock prep, while the table saw was used for many different operations, in fact one of the...
