And I told the trouble and strife, .............. if we won the big one we wouldn't have time to spend it. were too busy.

if you really want to get into probability start playing black-jack and card counting.
If you get good you`ll get thrown out, if you get really good they take you out the back a give you a good going over, then tell you never to come back.

strange that in black jake "being good at it" is against the rules.......

There was a recent Horizon programme on card counting, made very interesting watching. Seemed to me that you needed an awfully large bankroll to make it pay though as it only tips the balance from 3% in the houses favour to 3-5% in your favour. Sadly I have neither the patience nor the bankroll for it!
