Woodworking on a fine scale: 4x4 6x6 8x8 10x10mm

Hi folks.

I have a question about woodworking. Before I begin, I would like to
first of all say that I have virtually no knowledge of woodworking,
my hobby is medieval chainmail craft.

Anyways.

I walk into your workshop, I hand you this and say I want a set
of these in the following dimensions 4x4x2 6x6x4 8x8x6 10x10x8mm

Would this even be possible?

My plan was to make rubber molds of them, from which I would then make
some clay molds, which then I would pour aluminium into, to create a fairly
unique stud, for a unique belt to be worn with a unique scalemail skirt
that I am working on.

If it is possible, how much would a set like that cost me?

much easier to get it made on a cnc router either in plastic or aluminium, if your unaware of this technology, there are lots of videos on youtube.

considering how small these are you may run into some difficulties.

Hi Adidat, thats great. As it happens I will be having some cutting dies cnc milled in tool steel soon, so maybe then would be the best opportunity to have these made too. Just thought I would ask incase it was equally do'able in wood

Get them 3D-printed, much cheaper than the CNC parts if you only want to use them the once
