Seems a bit odd to me that the error was pointed out in the comments a month ago but Axminster have left the video u there. Makes them look a little silly I'm afraid.

Blimey that's embarrassing! I would not want to be in the shoes of the poor sap that gets called into the sales director's office when that gets spotted! (It will get spotted won't it??)
 
I think he may be right in his last comment of "job finished".

Have you seen the 'Sash clamp steady' video? Very professional...
 
Looks about as strong as most pocket hole joints to me.

Very interesting that the Sash Clamp Steady video seeks to deal with the problem of clamps falling over, when Axminster's description of the very same item as used for the demo says...

"Sash clamps are especially useful for clamping large section workpieces... The head has a flat base, allowing the clamp to stand upright without support."

So is the description wrong or is the tip wrong?

Hmmm, me thinks Axminster may be trying to do the decent thing here, but...
