I have some wood which I felled last year which I want to mill.
My question is have I left it too long now - its been sitting about 10 months - didn't paint the edges. Mix of beech, ash and leylandii which I will have plenty of use for on my farm but will it mill all splitty now? Are you meant to do it fresh?
