Wood Lathe price help!

Hi all!

I have been given this lathe to sell. I believe from research that it’s an Arundel J4 Mk2 Wood Lathe.. but I could be wrong.

I have no clue what to sell it for and I want to get a good price for my granddad.

I’m unsure if it works, what price should I ask for if it does/doesn’t?

I’ve had people offer me £50.

Any advice would be great.

seems 50 is a good price. One was given away free here 8 years ago.

It looks like the junior but it has a sanding table also

You can always search ebay and change the filter to ‘completed auctions’ or something like that to see what other similar lathes have sold for.

Sometimes the price is more about the add-ons than the lathe for older items like this. Are there any tools, chucks, fittings etc included?
