I am in Billericay in Essex.
No bag, I use it without and seems to work ok - it has a cylindrical filter inside the unit
Electrics are intermitent - sometimes it works perfectly, other times it doesnt. I found that if I move the cable at the point just as it enters the vac it works, seems like a lose connection in there and could be an easy fix
Its actually quite powerful and works great with my track saw, its just the electrics that are the issue
Anyway, free to anybody that wants it
