Where to find 3 x 1 1/2 Butt Hinges

I'm overhauling some windows that use this size of hinge, does anyone know where i can get some electro brassed ones as backups? (some of the smaller top sash hings have broken, I'm already getting replacements for these so thought I should hedge my bets for the side hung sashes too)

Can't find much online, are they a really archaic size that you can't get nowadays?

Isaac Lord list them, but as solid-drawn brass broad-suite hinges. They're in the 'Brass Cabinet Hinges' section. 76 x 41mm are well down the list - easy to miss 'em.

Only match is in brass.
I thought the originals were plated steel, and that they'd rusted and broke. Now I think about it maybe they were just so cacked up with paint that they unwound as I freed up the window. Will take some sand paper to one tomorrow and see.
