Where to buy components to make a Victorian pub bar

I'm wondering if anybody here could point me in the direction of a company that provides carved corbels, pilasters, and paneling in kit form. It's for the overhaul of a pub bar. The client wants it to look like a traditional, slightly utilitarian, Victorian style bar front.

I'm trying to avoid custom making as time is of the essence!
