Me, the family bought me a afs16 scroll saw from Axminster, and I treated myself to a Draper 250w two wheel bandsaw courtesy of the tax man :D

A family present ...

I already have a much larger mill and a cobbled-up small one so now I'm really set up and I do like Proxxon stuff! :)

From Mrs Shed9, I got a new Nikon SLR to document a large project I'm working on.

And I treated myself to a Easson ES-12 DRO for a WMD30 clone mill, ironically to finish a larger CNC router.

Always tempted by the Proxxon kit, I'd be interested in how you do with the Mill/Drill Roger.

I got the slippers as well! Socks, books and smellies. I went to Axminster tools over the holidays and treated myself to a bench grinder,Store display so I got a tenner off.
Then I got carried away and took a mate with me and got an axminster radial pillar drill, Last one at Nuneaton store. I was told it's going to go up in price when the new list comes out .

I bought myself a fair bit this last month for "Christmas", some of it was money towards kit or presents from others :)

Here is a list lol.

Record bandsaw bs400
dewalt 7491 table saw and 74911 rolling stand
a mixture of irwin quick grips, about 16 in total <-- they are great!
irwin marples 8 piece chisel set
scheppach tiger 5.0 sharpening wet grind stone and jigs
festool folding ruler
festool measuring tape
festool domino df500 with all jigs and a systainer of dominos and a thousand or so domino sips in various sizes
2 x bosch pta roller stands
festool ctl26 autoclean extractor
2 x bessey ban700 band clamps
fiskar x7 hand axe
irwin 17 piece flat drill set
benchdog cookies and feather loc x 2
£100 worth of blades from tuffsaw

think that's about it..
Best year ever and a huge start to serious hobby woodworking for me.
:)

From Mrs B (Wife) I got a Ryobi P325 finish nailer and from Mrs B (Mother) I am getting (should be here on Tues) Festool Domino DF700 XL (joint present for Christmas & Birthday in Jan).

I got 1700kgs of ballast, 12 bags of cement and a borrowed cement mixer (foundations for a man shed).

Nice one doug! It's a fantastic drill!

My mum got me a continuity meter! Treated myself to a ipad and a shotgun!

From my nearest and dearest, a Japanesse dovetail saw and a couple of David Barrons guides (ok I'm a bit of a cheat) + the usual bits and bobs, from eldest daughter a nice rugby style top and from the youngest daughter a bottle of Brandy (have a one right now), and one more woodwork related item, a Trend angle finder from my SIL.
When it gets warmer I'll get into the garage/workshop to play with my new toys!

Just joined today, so hello to all and happy Christmas.

Opened a scheppach dmt450 lathe from the lovely lady on Christmas day, with a Axminster chisel set.

No idea what to do with them :? So been very busy reading/watching videos.

But will be boring you all with newbie questions (but will search before hand I promise)

Hopefully will be able to make something soon!

Thanks.

The family got me a canon 7d mk I, 2 lenses and bunch of accessories... and some chocolate...

Hoping to treat myself to some woodworking goodies in the January sales.
