Being held for the second time at Stowmarket this weekend. Anybody else going? We shall be there on Saturday.
Should be a good day out according tho the write up in "Furniture and Cabinetmaking " mag, looking forward to the day.

It's a pity David, the weather on Saturday it's supposed to be fabulous.

I've been several times; it's an interesting confluence of "normal" woodworking (from green to cabinet) with a fair
amount of (rather entertaining and gentle) mother earth hippydom added in.

I stopped going because each year was (too) much like the last.

But if you haven't been, I recommend going at least once or twice.

It sounded fun, and as we're not too far away we thought it would be a good idea tohave a look. Me thinks I better take some suntan oil :D

It was not what I was expecting, but a nice day out all the same. Not sure what I would have thought if it had been lousy weather. It was mainly craft stalls and not that big. There where only a couple of stalls selling second hand tools and next to no woodworking tools or equipment in sight.

Still as the sun was shining and it is only 45 minutes away from us it was ok. I probably won't be going again.
