warped table top

Hi All just found a old table which as been in a barn for quite along time .Have stripped it and refurbished it brought it in the house for us to use but after a while the top leaf of the folding table as warped ,is it possible to flatten it back?.hope you can help because its a nice piece.Thanks very much.

use a long plane like a no6,7 or 8 and it'll be reet flat in no time

Wait!

If it was flat before it is more likely than not to become flat again just giver it time for the moisture to even out.
