UPVC

Does anyone know the good manufactures of UPVC guttering and facia boards?
I want to make sure that I'm not being sold guttering/facia that is going to discolour too quickly.

I can highly recommended Brett Martin for guttering, I used their cast iron looking stuff a great deal of times and am impressed with it, can't comment on upvc facia as I only use timber for facia and soffit.

+1 for Brett Martin. I have their plastic gutter/fascia/soffit fitted to my place, built in 2002 and no signs of any discolouration.

I was under the impression (10 years in the inductry of selling uPVC) that "pinking" (the discoloration phenomena) has been all but eliminated as the main additive culprit; lead, has been banned from the industry afaik.

I'm not 100% certain as there may be manufacturers somewhere still having pinking issues but the majority I'd say are safe including Swish & eurocell.
