Hello all,
I have been woodturning for about 2 years, I upgraded to a Union Graduate lathe about 6 months ago from a benchtop mounted lathe.
I have bought these two covers for the headstock threads, however the screw with a knurled handle is missing from both of them. I have find that a length of threaded bar 1/4" UNC appears to fit through the hole in the covers and threads into the headstock casting. However I do not see how the screw was prevented from falling out of the cover. Any ideas how this was done originally?
