Two pens

[Dalboy]

This is the first pieces of turning for a while and it feels good to be in front of the lathe again.

The first is a cartridge rifle pen with a blank that I made myself. I left the cartridge with some tarnish on it but myself and the wife think it would be better polished so I will be doing that sometime today.
The second is a slimline but I changed the centre band which really turns it into a streamline.
The wood on the second is Panga Panga

Glad your back at the lathe mate, like the camo blank but agree with you the brass needs a polish up, will you seal the brass when its polished? the Streamline like very nice too,
