Treefest 2014

Is it just my stupidity or is the Treefest info on the Forestry Commission site particularly poor. What I really want to know is what hours it is open but cannot this anywhere. Its as if I'm not looking at the right site.

I agree their site is a bit of a muddle.
This page suggests it opens at about 10.00

This suggests it's open at 10.00am and implies it does close each night :shock:

Having been a bit rude about the online info for Treefest 2014 I think its only fair to post to say what a great event it was. We called in to Westonbirt on our way to our holiday destination and had a really enjoyable long morning walking round the demonstration areas, trade tents and the enticing range of food tents. Amongst other delights I picked up some glorious burr elm from MAC Timbers, watched some very exciting traction engine powered log sawing and ate too much.



I wonder if my efforts would be improved if I adopted a bowler hat.

One of the things that most impressed me was how much there was for families to do and how many child targeted activities were on offer.

A really worthwhile visit.
