Tormek Purchase

Hi. I've decided after much research on this site to buy a light duty Tormek (1206?). Best price up to now is £168 inc VAT / Dely.

Anyone know where I can get one for any less than this? (Keep missing the ebay bargains!)

What's the usual price at a show?

Don't know of any better prices, but have you checked out sheppach TiGer2000? Seems similar to the tormek but less money?

Don't know if there any good or not, has anyone used one?

well i say always buy the tormek, since you know what you are getting,
but i would also say spring for the heavy duty one, it does make sense
because when you spend some time sharpening, it works for longer.
