"TOP HAT" for startrite T30

My 2nd hand robland/startrite t30 spindle moulder has a knackered "top hat" (the bolt which screws intonthe spindle to keep the cutter head on) does anyone know where I could buy a new one?

I've tried alt saws with no joy.

Could you post a picture of it? It may be a standard part or could be machined easily.
