Tool Swapping/Auctions

Hi guys im quite new to the forum and im wanting to set up a workshop, iv got one just now but its mainly for house construction and im making a part of it for my spare time to make some furniture and cabinets. Is there an auction site or other forums where people swap tools or sell tools?? Iv looked but cant find any.

Neil, I'm not aware of anything like that except Ebay which quite a lot of us use for various bits.
