Timber suppliers

Anyone aware of a good source of dried timber for furniture making Oak etc near Kidderminster, W mids. Or a firm that will deliver I am happy to buy a pallet at a time and send in a lorry.

Also what do you normally buy? planed and sized or rough sawn planks?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

The company I work for are based in Birmingham, and Skyes Timber delivers to us. I think they would probably deliver your way too.

We tend to buy rough sawn planks. We use their timber for making architectual joinery, doors, windows, curve work......

Probably worth giving them a call!
