Threee points steady

I once sow the picture of a "three point steady" where the frame was a wooden one, and on it were attached some strings which were holding a very thin and long wooden stem.
Does any one of you has used them?
Do you have a picture of it?

I think you mean a string steady. See Mike Darlows Woodturning methods page 64. Clear photographs and diagram.
