three legged stool

this is a stool that i made as part of my gcse project at school. not quite sure what the wood is but possibly some kind of cedar.

Nice job!

The legs look like beech. Not sure about the top but not cedar.

It may not look like it but it is cedar.
The legs and top both came from the same plank, he has butt jointed the top to help with stability.
