hello, i have around £500 pond to spend on a thicknesser but i dont no what to go for ,has any got a good thicknesser that woud be good thank you
 
It would help if you gave some idea of the capabilty you need from the machine?

You can get a decent 13" wide DW733 new for less than your budget.

It is a bit of a tall order to expect long term spares support of anything to meet your budget. That said there is not much to break on older traditional machines. Stay away from far eastern imports - there is hardly enough spare support to cover much more than warranty period.

Have a look at sedgwick, scheppach perhaps, Startrite, Wadkin, Multico etc

hello again thanks for help i've been looking at the elektra beckum hc260c and the sip 01550 it has to be a new one ,someone going to bye it for me then i have to do some work for them to pay it off if you get what i mean
