What was that thing he was using to round over the legs?

I believe is a tool that is used to ensure that only a small production run is ever made as after about 4 chairs the makers fingers will be torn to shreds.

The chisel thing made me wince more because he was going against the grain ;) and he was wandering all over the line with the bandsaw, so I hope that those pencil lines were just rough outlines.

I must confess that for such a high end piece of furniture there were some large gaps in the joints that I can only assume were filled and sanded.

The end product was gorgeous though.

Yepp love the piece, but this was no master at work. Although it did fill me with confidence that i could make something like that. :)
