Thank you for your welcome, I make/have made all sorts of things from a sailing dinghy, greenhouse, cold frames and some wooden toys, and in fact anything wooden that someone wants. Shelves, window seats etc but I prefer using old furniture to make small items like the table below. I enjoy a challenge so this incorporated all the demands of an old City & Guilds paper, i.e. a dust board, lock fitting, keyblank cutting, stepped long tenons , jointing, dovetails, drawer making, stopped chamfering, and a moulded top (French head then...) dowelled (3/16")through housings, all ten of them but didn't do a limed finish as SWMBO doesn't like it!
Made from an old office desk several years ago, out for its annual waxing.
