Stupid question

How do I stop certain emails going to my junk box with Hotmail, I recently placed an order with Banbury Plastic Fittings and the invoice/shipping email went straight to my junk box!

change ur email provider hotmail sucks! gmail or yahoo! but u can do it in the settings of recognized email addresses i think..... not much help

If you rightclick and mark it not junk in hotmail it goes on your "whitelist" which is email addys which you've allowed.
Or, if you know the adress you will want to "whitelist", just add it to contacts.
