Structural veneers?

I have a project in mind for which I need some thick veneers in ideally walnut and maple. I'd like something around 2.5 - 3mm thick provided I can laminate them without too much difficulty. I bought some thick beech veneers many years ago and I think they called them "structural" veneers. Do any of you know where I might be able to source something like this off the shelf mail order?

I buy 2 and 3mm constructional veneers from Mundy veneers, I get packs but I think they sell lower quantities.
