I'm wondering if it's the linkage (93) causing the issue. Looks like that should allow the riving knife assembly to track as the blade is raised or lowered.

What state are 89, 90, 91 in?

Yes i think i will have to have a look at the linkage in the morning there does seem to be a little play in the linkage

Just a thought and if memory serves there should be 4 bolts that keep the riving knife in place. Two that allow you to adjust it up and down vertically, and two more that allow you to move it closer or further away from the blade. All 4 must be tight.

All done just to keep you up-to date it was the a pivot pin on the linkage arm no 91 on the diagram
