They come up on eBay from time to time - the spurs for the Stanley 45 or 78 are close enough to use on the Record, though the 78s are single spurs, not triple.
Or else you can make them, starting from a bit of hacksaw blade with a hole in. Soften, file, re-harden.

Or else just use a knife!

But, Andy's right, a good knife or cutter gauge is best across the grain. Personally I've never had decent results going cross-wise with these spurs, and they can be a tiny fiddle to sharpen up........
Clean-sided trench walls going with the grain depends a lot a sharp blade with clean, sharp corners, even then I may use a side rebate plane to clean up.

Toolbank list a kit for the 778 which may fit, or fit after a little filing. Quite a lot of extra metal there that you don't need though.
