Spindle Sander

Hey

I recently bought my first oscillating spindle sander. Today is the first time I have really used it. Some of the sleeves keep riding up during operation, does this happen on all spindle sanders? I am following the instructions correctly and they are the sleeves that came with it. Sorry, sounds like a silly question.

It's a triton one - basic model from amazon. All the cheap ones looked like they were all the same but different badges

Are you sure you are tightening the nut on the top enough? This should be compressing the length of the rubber bobbin to make it grip the inside to the sleeve. Maybe a penny washer on the top might distribute the pressure better? Lubricate the thread too.
