spindle moulding this profile

I have been asked by a friend new to woodworking if I can help to make or source the profile shown in the picture below. It's for a set of handles for a map cabinet restoration, to replace the nasty plastic ones currently fitted. I have a router table and many cutters, but it is an awkward profile to make in this way. I think it really needs a spindle moulder with the right cutters. I'd be grateful for anyone who has the equipment and could run off the lengths needed - probably about 3 m total at a guess, and for a price of course - or who can point me in the direction of a commercial service, or even a source of this sort of profile. I can provide more details of exact profile and length needed if someone can do it. Or for clever suggestions on how to make it!
