Our variation of Spanish Coffee.

Sambuca, Cointreau, Coffee flavoured Teqila, Coffee, Nutmeg and Cinnamon.

Bob if you have one of these I'll have to confiscate your car keys. Had this on the cruise, you have to coat the rim of the glass in sugar, pour in the Sambuca and burn off the alcohol whilst slowly rotating the glass (on an angle) to caramelise the sugar, doesn't really taste alcoholic, but I wouldn't like to drive after a couple!

If you burn off the alcohol though, it isn't alcoholic any more, is it ?!!!

Looks nice all the same, and if I'm wrong, so much the better ! :)

You burn off the Sambuca, you then add the Cointreau and Tequila after the sugar is caramelised, yes it is very nice, in fact I'm going to make myself one right now!
