Signature Branding irons (electric)

Can any one help I am trying to purchase from the UK an electrical branding iron so that I may sign off my work. All internet searches point towards the US or Hong Kong. And I would like to buy from the UK. Thank you to any one who can point me in the right direction

Have a look for pyrography tools. You could sign off with your normal signature after some practice.

You could buy a heavy duty soldering iron pretty cheap and make your own "stamp" for it.

I wouldn't deface something I'd made with my written signature, let alone an attempt to burn it. :lol:

You have a point Phil... I never considered that! But as I can't do joined-up writing, my signature is easy to read! Unless I've been imbibing the wares of my namesake! :mrgreen:

I use a pyrogarphy iron to sign my carvings. I never sign my name, just a symbol. Mines a bumble bee.

Timely thread as i am in the market for one also. The customer i make things for wants some kind of logo on them with a branding iron and her daughter is currently charged with designing said logo, if she can drag herself away from the Uni bar and get it done. Been waiting for weeks.
