I am at the point at the moment with my work load that I could do with an extra pair of hands on a part time basis, and was wondering if there were any self employed makers on here in the Scottish Borders or North Northumberland who might be interested.
I am also looking at the apprentice route as well, but this will cause problems in having to take time at the start to get them going.
I don't have enough work to take a full time maker on.
This is really just a test of the water to see if the self employed route is the way forward or if I should go down the apprentice route.
