Hi newbie here, I am thinking of buying Scheppach Precisa 2.0 NWA tools states its the the same as kity 419? would you agree? and if any what are the differences? I am looking for a table saw thats not too heavy but mobile enough to move around and has an accurate cut, advice appreciated.

Thank You

It is supposed to be the Kity 419 reborn and the specs do look more-or-less the same. BUT before you buy I think you'd be wise to check out the the competition's saws (Axminster, Charnwood, Metabo etc) as the Scheppach does seem to be on the expensive side for what it is.

From what i can see it comes with an alloy top rather than cast iron the competition comes with. Has levelling feet which if the main frame is anything like my axi TS200 it will be needed to sort out an uneven top.
The fence looks to be brought over from their old saws, which is probably better than the charnwood/ axi versions.

But like everything in the new scheppach colour scheme it seems over priced for what you actually get, i guess you are paying for the name?

EDIT
Found this giving a good comparison.

I wonder what the odds must be against two people joining the forum on the same morning and both asking about the same make of table saw ?
I do hope I am wrong but they don't seem that high to me.
