On reflection they look to be almost the same as the rutlands ones with just a different colour tyre.
 
Its all in the tyre.
the black ones are rubber. They will mark some floors and wear fairly quickly if too much load is put on the them.
the red ones are polyeurethane, tougher and longer lasting, and non marking.
but its horses for courses.
 
I’ve had the Rutlands ones for years under very heavy Wadkin machines & they had been excellent, previous ones had left black marks on the shop floor & were an effort to push but no such problems with the red ones
 
Indeed the tires are super durable, having a concrete floor I have found rubber tires wear quite quickly, as for the price, well I am happy to pay that at a fiver each its pennies a year if they last and most importantly they a so easy to move even with the heavy table saw on.
 
You'll find that with the Rutland sets all four castors have brakes but the Amazon ones have only two with brakes and the other two are non braked.
