Router service - opinion please

Ok, just spoke to a nice lady at D&M (you can tell what's coming) and she said it's no problem. (She said it'd go back to DeWalt anyway, but they'll look out for it) Also, she'll mention the service agent to DeWalt.

Still a pessimist until I see the the money, but feeling much nicer inside, and towards D&M!

Just don't forget to mention 'The Forum'' ...don't mess with probably the UK's no1ww forum... ;-)

Phew. I was afraid having a conscience might have turned out to be an expensive luxury... :shock: Methinks D&M are righting the wrong quite well now, for which kudos should be given. Plus you get to sleep at night for doing the old "I cannot tell a lie..." George Washington routine :wink:
