Router help bosch 1300 router power loss

I have fitted a second have Bosch gof 1300 router fitted now underside to a bench. New bits etc, seems to work fine, then it's loss of power is bad and near comes to a halt. Has new brushes and all clean. The seller said it wasn't used too much an looks like it was not, but the power loss is bad, as I said near comes to a halt putting a 6mm ply through on a 6mm cutter to form slots!

Any clues please.

Hello,

Likely to be bad electronics on the speed controller, if the brushes are in good nick. I just decommissioned a 1300 ACE
which has a working electronics. If you need one, I'll strip mine out for you. PM me if you are interested.
