Record Power scroll saw woes.

A friend has asked me to help with his Record Power scroll saw woes.
He bought one as an upgrade to his previous model but it was sent back 2, or 3 times, broken bolt, bad vibration, not cutting etc,
Now he's been told his present troublesome example will be collected today and a new model, just out will be in the post
or courier.
Although Record Power have been excellent in trying to rectify the problems, He's needing some advice on type of saw blades and general use of it.
Knowing not a lot on the subject, I suggested he join here and get some serious advice,
Is there a dedicated scrollers forum out there?

I think this one might be it for the UK. There's a few USA ones.

I've used a few Scrolling forums, some regularly, but I think this forum seems to have the best and friendliest advice.
