Record 044 plough plane

What would you pay or what is the going rate for a record 044 plough plane?
A friend has offered me her dads plane it is in mint condition & i want to give a fair price but have no idea on value.
I have already purchased some tools from her & their maybe more to follow or I have even offered to sell them for her on here & I can tell you most are in mint condition.

if you look at sold items on ebay there are 7 sold average price £24 max, for a mint in box £67 but the second most expensive was £25 and without the £67 one the average was £16.80

Hi

I have tracked these in the past on e-bay and the average price for those in good or excellent condition (6 examples) with boxes and instructions was just under £40 (range 25 to 51); those in poor condtion or incomplete sold for much less. Absence of original boxes and instructions hits the price.
