Question for mods, how do I stop forum notification emails?

I recently changed my computer and am now getting notifications in my email box about every post I look at which is filling up my inbox. I don't want to mark them as junk as I want to see if anyone sends a PM. Is there a way to stop these notifications being sent?

They will not be items you have just looked at but threads you have:-
1. Contributed to in the past, or 2. Deliberately subscribed to.


You can stop all e-mails in 'Board Preferences' but then members won't be able to contact via e-mail.
