Question about router table suitability

Hello all,

I am looking to build a router table into my workbench and would like to know if anyone has any recommendations on which brand would be suitable with a view to being user friendly with regard to raising and lowering the blade etc ...im only looking to spend about 250 and will only need the router for small pieces of work and don't need anything too heavy duty..

The Triton MOF001 can be raised and lowered from above and the spindle automatically locks at the fully raised position for single spanner easy, very accessible, bit changing.

The big freud had above table adjustment if you can still find one.

Unfortunately, I think that any new stock has gone. You might get lucky.
