Port holes

I have to make three port holes to go in some mdf dwarf stud walls in a gym anyone have any good ideas or links on the net.

They will be painted and the walls will be around 90mm thick.

I am thinking of making a router compass jig up to run around and rout circles of mdf.

Never made any,but I would also go with the router idea to get accurate circles.

I remember seeing Norm on the New Yankee Workshop make a pivoting mirror frame with a compass type router jig.
