polishing

hi bought some old cellulose accetate pen blanks on a spur of the momment how do you polish them I have hut ultra gloss plastic polish but not sure that will do?
any ideas? gratefully recieved thanks jonesbones.

Same as any plastic, work your way from 180 grit or lower, all the way upto 4000 grit or higher. The polish will just take out the last few scratches.

wet and dry sandpaper, from your local auto parts shop, used wet, works a treat if you find your usual abrasive clogging up. Then finish up with your Hut PP.
