Plane handle

I have an old plane but the wooden handle is badly cracked but i can use it, can i buy a spare handle?

Make one use the old one as a template a file/rasp coping saw and the plane itself along with sand paper should easily make a new one.

setting up new tools or old tools is part of the fun to woodworking. we would all like shiny new tools that are perfectly set and ready to go. This will happen when i win the lotto

You may find an old one on Ebay but if not we do carry in stock Rosewood ones made in Sheffield if that helps.

Yes, but it's also often possible to repair old ones. It's only woodwork!
